Recently, Valve announced the full schedule of all major seasonal sales, themed sales (Game Festivals), and Next Fest events for the latter half of 2024. Make sure to save these important dates so you don't miss any chance to snag games at great prices!

閱讀更多 »Cloud Imperium Games, the developer of Star Citizen, has recently disciplined over 600 players for manipulating multiple game glitches, threatening the game's stability and negatively affecting the in-game economy.
Will 'Soulcrusher' Leverett, Director of Player Relations for Star Citizen, touched upon the issue of aUEC bugs and account suspensions in an official statement. He announced the successful completion of the investigation into several glitches in the game besides the suspension of above 600 violating player accounts. The multiple aUEC bugs in version 3.23.1a have also been rectified.
Furthermore, Leverett noted that these glitches are commonplace during the development phase. He views them as a byproduct of open development approach which involves closely working with the community. He encouraged players' endeavors to identify, test, and report these bugs. Nintendo is gearing up for an announcement regarding its new generation gaming console, expected to take place before March 2025. The news is certainly a boon to game developers globally. Naoki Yoshida, the director of Square Enix's 'Final Fantasy 14' series, took the opportunity of a recent video game media interview to share his perspective on this development.
Yoshida expressed his desire for players to experience 'Final Fantasy 14' across different devices within the same gaming universe. He mentioned that they have been in negotiations with Microsoft for the integration of the game onto the Xbox platform, which has finally come to fruition.
Regarding the porting of 'Final Fantasy 14' to the forthcoming Nintendo console, Yoshida showed a strong positive inclination. He stated: "We will continue to strive towards this goal, with hopes of achieving it someday."
